S utrolig bra..

Helt sant !
Husker du da du slapp uroe deg for noe som helst?
konomi, kjrlighet, ansvar, plikter OG alt som hrer med..
Har du noen gang hatt "postkasse angst" ?? (Heheh)
Bruker f det i perioder..
Og angst i det hele og store, ikke snn som du tenker kanskje, men litt snn at jeg ikke vil vre med folk..
Gr fort over heldigvis !


Til overskuddet !
Etter at jeg startet med trening, noe som jeg ALTS ELSKER ! S har jeg ikke den angsten lengre, jeg klarer kave meg p kontorer fr fikse alt !
Har masse overskudd og trr mte utfordringene i livet mitt..
Det faktisk ha fylt 28 og ikke fullfrt en eneste utdanning kjennes alts..
S er ikke rart jeg fr helt fnatt og konomisk ANGST til tider... !
Nav er jo ikke de mest hjelpsomme, nr du vil ha hjelp til f deg en jobb eller utdanning s kan di ikke hjelpe s godt til med det...
Si hva du vil ! DE er ikke s veldig hjelpsomme..
Men jeg drar dit, jeg maser, jeg sker og jeg gir meg ikke fr de har satt meg p benken eller ftt meg ut i jobb!
For det er ALTS helt umulig for meg skaffe en jobb i denne bygda selv. Har gitt opp..

S derfor er det ogs fint trene, f overskudd til fortsette mase;)
Ikke gi opp ! Ikke fr jeg fr det som jeg vil..
Selvtilliten ker ogs og man fr mere tro p seg selv !

I nav jobber det noen maktsyke mennesker som overhodet ikke skulle ha jobbet der hvor folk som sliter med psykiske/fysiske problemer kommer for f hjelp.

Ser at du sir at trening hjelper mot angsten din.. En ting som virkelig hjelper mot angsten din er meditasjon! Er vanskelig komme inn i en god rutine, men nr du frst er kommet inn i det vil du aldri se deg tilbake. Du fr full kontroll over tankene dine over tid. Du vil evt. fle en lykke strmme igjennom deg hele dagen.

Nei, jeg skjnner at du ikke lider. Men problemet er bare at for mange med DYP angst/depresjon s starter det ofte snn som du har det, at det kommer og gr.

Treningen fungerer nok supert. Men nr du enda kombinerer det med meditering, ca. 20-30 min hver dag s fr du masse andre fordeler. Greit begynne med 5-10 min hver dag helt til du har kommet godt inn i det. :)
